Metro Little Athletic Club (LAC) is a sporting club for children aged 5 to 17. We are part of the Whittlesea Athletics Center and welcome children and their families from suburbs including Epping, Mill Park, South Morang, Wollert, Doreen, Mernda and Whittlesea.
Little Athletics is a unique Australian sport for children, based upon the sport of athletics (track and field), the events are specially modified to suit the ages and abilities of children. A wide range of running, jumping, throwing and walking events is conducted.
Little Athletics is the Foundation for all Sports. It offers young people activities and skills that will stand them in good stead for their sporting future.
Little Athletics is all about “being your best” whilst having fun. Children not only learn athletics based activities, they also learn how to compete against their best.
