Role Descriptions
| President | Overall leadership and running the club. Oversee and guide all committee positions. Chair committee and general meetings. Signatory to cheques. |
| Vice President | Support President in leadership and oversight responsibilities. Assume role of President when required. |
| Secretary | All secretarial admin work including correspondence, meeting minutes, newsletters, handbook and Annual Report collation. |
| Registrar | Full responsibility for the registration process for new and returning athletes. Coordinate registration days as appropriate and liaise with Centre Registrar. |
| Ranks & Records | Update and maintain club records and age group point’s rankings. Issue certificates weekly for club records and PB Awards. Coordinate trophies and prizes for annual presentation day. |
| Fundraiser | Champion fundraising and sponsorship for the season including but not limited to Centre Fundraising weeks, BBQ’s, Trivia Nights and Raffles. |
| Team Manager | Competition day team management that includes warming up the athletes, assisting young athletes to ensure they get to their events, and taking up competition issues with the relevant centre officials. |
| Head Coach | Support team manager. Oversee weekly club training. Prepare training plans to suit up coming competitions and skills requirements. |
| Uniform | Handle uniform stock and order additional as required. Introduce new items to the uniform range with approval from club committee. |
| Centre Delegate(s) | Attend Centre Monthly Meetings (3rd Monday of every month) and represent Metro and any issues the Club wants raised. Also report back to Metro and issues relevant. |
| General | Assist other committee members with the running of the club. |
